Kingsley Associates has enjoyed a long and rich partnership with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International:

 

• Kingsley Associates has partnered with BOMA to produce the new online Experience Exchange Report (EER). Containing information on more than 5,000 buildings representing over one billion square feet, the EER is the most comprehensive report of office building income and expense metrics available to the real estate industry.
• The BOMA-Kingsley Report is an in-depth industry publication that addresses key industry topics from various perspectives, including those of investors, owners, operators and occupants of commercial real estate. It appears in selected issues of the BOMA International Magazine.
• Kingsley Associates’ personnel frequently speak at BOMA International-sponsored events, including the Medical Office Building and Healthcare Facilities Conference, the BOMA International Annual Conference and the National Advisory Council. Kingsley Associates also regularly conducts educational sessions and Webinars in conjunction with BOMA International.
