Often combined with one or more of Kingsley Associates' survey programs, the Strategic Planning program is a comprehensive engagement intended to help your firm define, implement and achieve its short- and long-term objectives. To begin the process, Kingsley Associates will organize a strategic planning session and will establish a focused meeting agenda. This process culminates with the development of a tactical, achievable action plan.
